Professional profile

I have worked with international and regional institutions, ministries, boards, civil society organisations, youth networks, private-sector actors and community structures. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, implementation, accountability, digital and evidence use.

My background combines public health research, health systems and implementation science, health laboratory sciences, economic diplomacy and global health diplomacy. Across my roles, I have supported malaria, neglected tropical diseases, RMNCAH, climate and health, gender equality, health financing and community systems strengthening.

I Co-Founded Amplify Health and Development in Africa (AHDA), and I have supported continental health work a technical lead at the African Leaders Malaria Alliance (ALMA),as a board member of Rotarians Against Malaria Global (RAM-Global), the Global Fund Advocates Network and high-level global health preparedness processes though the Global Pandemic Preparedness (GPMB)

Enterpreneurship and busines is another area that complements my multisectoral development capacity where I mainly engage in the healthcare and medical equipment, devices and consumables distribution for about five years through UMES and Pharmaceuticals Company Limited (a company I run in Tanzania) and consulting,co-design and execution of turnkey projects around healthcare and digital technologies working with key experts in the fields.

Technical Lead, Private Sector Engagement and Health Financing, ALMA

Supporting innovative health financing, scorecard-based performance dialogue, climate and health response mechanisms, gender and youth programmes across African Union member states.

2021–2024

Chairperson, ALMA Youth Advisory Council

Representing youth priorities in high-level global health spaces and coordinating youth engagement across more than 40 countries.

Board Member, Rotarians Against Malaria Global

Advising on malaria projects, community health worker strengthening, small grants and field learning across African contexts.
